

Sextortion Scam Uses Recipient’s Hacked Passwords
I've had a few clients call that have received this scam e-mail so I thought I'd better inform the rest of you. If you have received this e-mail, it's a scam but may contain an actual password you have used in the past. The scammers probably got your password from one of the many data breaches that have occurred; Yahoo, Equifax, Anthem, Home Depot, etc. The scammers are only using the password to validate their scam. They DON'T appear to be using the password to hack into any
